Brand Strategy: Social Impact Startup

01 — Challenge

This project aimed to design and launch the website of an Instagram community called "The Village for Single Parents" into a socio-economic disruptive startup.

The website was planned to be a one-stop ecosystem for its target audience, Indian single parents, addressing their systemic, societal, familial, and legal issues.

The tone of voice needed to be empathetic, warm, and personal, just like the startup's founder, Ms. Laila Zafar, envisioned.

02 — Solution

My ideation was to address the visitor, i.e., a single parent, by addressing their pain points, creating unique content and service deliverables, and showcasing how my client’s brand was a never-before-seen solution to their real-life problem.

03 — Results

The landing page copy

The website was designed to be minimal yet address major pain points. Using simple sentences, gradient colours to accent action, & impact words, the whole website offered the target visitor hope and understanding.

Every brand copy was designed and written to be simple, clear, and empathetic.

We achieved a 32% improvement in lead generation and increased brand awareness one month after the new site was released.
